Don’t Become A Crime Victim! Stay Aware and Stay Alert 24/7

Here is a disturbing video that all women (and men) should watch.  It will make you want to protect every woman you know – your mother, sister, best friend, neighbor, and co-workers, from the insane predators who want to murder, assault, rape, and basically hurt women in general.  These people are sick and should be locked up.  Many have been locked up and let out for whatever reason.

If you are like me, you feel sick to your stomach everytime you hear the daily TV news reports of women who have been murdered.  It seems these women are predominantly young women who tend not to be as focused or concerned about their personal security and safety.  These young women tend to go jogging by themselves (which they should be able to do) with their iPods hooked to their ears. Or they come out of the local mall with their cell phone plastered to their ears talking a mile a minute and not paying attention to what’s going on.  These predators love these young ladies because they are such easy targets!

DON’T BECOME AN EASY TARGET!  Don’t Become A Victim!!  If you have young daughters, sisters, or any women you know, encourage them to become more aware of their surroundings and empower themselves by taking a self-defense awareness class.  This training will give them the advantage of knowing what to do should an attack happen to them.

Women should always be open to investing in and carrying some type of personal protection device like pepper spray, mace,  a personal alarm, or a C2 Taser. These can be a powerful deterrant that the predator may not be expecting. Thus, leveling the playing field and enhancing your chance of a safe escape.

Maybe the criminal incidents you watched in the video may never happen to you or anyone you know, but what if it does?  Will you be prepared?  Many young women think – “it will never happen to me.”  But it happens to young woman every day all across America.  Shouldn’t you be prepared?  Have a plan of action to save your life if it happens to you.

Get an attitude that you are not going to become a victim of some insane predator’s attack.  Learn what to do in these types of life-threatening situations.  Carry yourself with an attitude of confidence.  Most of these predators look for women who appear to be weak.  Please, don’t become a victim or a crime statistic!
